What does Learning Teachers-Teach to Learn mean to me.

After having a look at the Profession Standards for Queensland Teachers (graduate level) I came across standard 10 "Commit to reflective practice and ongoing professional renewal", my interpretation of standard 10 embodies the personal and professional engagement of "lifelong learning" that enriches my learning experiences and collectively those who learn with and from me. Furthermore, this not only relates to learning from professional and collegial peers and the learning context, but also, encapsulates learning from the learners that I teach; contributing towards authentic and rich learning experiences for myself and the learners.
